At Bufetec, I was part of an amazing team on a mission to make legal services more accessible and efficient for clients, lawyers, and even interns. Our platform enabled users to upload documents, schedule appointments, and gain clear insights into their legal situations—all in one intuitive interface. It was incredibly fulfilling to streamline cumbersome processes and bring everything together in one easy‑to‑use hub. We also included a dedicated section for interns, packed with resources and guides to accelerate their learning and simplify onboarding.
One of the most praised features among Bufetec lawyers was our smart chatbot (and even a voice bot!) powered by OpenAI and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG). Rather than simply answering questions, it understood context, classified cases—whether family law, divorce, or otherwise—and guided users to the next steps. It was gratifying to see clients gain clarity during stressful times while helping lawyers support more clients without burning out.
